Join us every Wednesday  at 11am for a special Circle Time with Tim Machin!

Tim performs at Drop-ins, Daycare, Picnics and Parties. From Victoria BC to Fort McMurray and back to Toronto. He has collected a selection of folk songs from around the world and performs them in a way that gives every child the opportunity to join in, to express themselves and to share in the joy of making music together.

We are looking forward to many fun-filled mornings with Tim!

 I have entered the Savvy Mom contest for Mom entrepreneur of the Year on behalf of myself, Meray and Laura for our amazing cafe ‘lil’ bean n’ green’. From Breastfeeding to food introduction, Maryann from ‘Create Vitality’ will discuss the unique nutritional needs of you and your baby and answer all of your questions.  Maryann will show you how to track the nutritional needs of your infant from birth to 18 months and will provide a comprehensive nutritional timeline that you can use for your child until the age of 18 months.

The cost is $25 for a one hour session.  Spaces are limited so please register at the cafe or call to reserve a spot!
