BIRTHDAY PARTIES-

Choose from one of our 2 great packages below. All packages are priced on a per person basis and minimum charges do apply. Taxes are not included in the prices below. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation. Typically any party reservation must be booked a week in advance. Feel free to discuss any special needs with one of our staff. Please advise us of any allergies or preferences at time of reservation.

We accept cash or debit for your convenience.  A 10% gratuity will be added to the packages.

$450 base price includes 10 children & 20 adults!

Additional $20 per person (up to maximum of 40 people total) *no charge for infants under 6 months

Includes:

• exclusive use of the entire café for 2 hours
• craft or activity (to be discussed with staff)
• healthy snacks & gourmet pizzas for children & adults
• organic juices for children
• coffee and tea for adults
• helium balloons with Free Play card & organic lollipop or mum mum

Works package available Saturdays & Sundays from 3-5 or 4-6 pm.

A ‘Special Occasion’ liquor permit can be purchased for your event with 2 weeks notice for the cost of $50 plus the cost of liquor.  All liquor (wine/beer) must be purchased by us and we will provide you with the original receipt upon payment.

Base package starts at $250 and includes 5 children & 10 adults! ($10 per additional person over the age of 6 months)

• exclusive use of harvest table for 2 hours
• use of play area included
• includes organic juices or milk
• coffee & teas provided
• fruit cups, popcorn & veggie platters included
• snack platters can be ordered for additional cost of $25 to $40 per platter (to be discussed)
• cakes or cupcakes can be ordered through lil’ bean from ‘sweets from the earth’- the supplier of our amazing vegan cupcakes!  Please contact us for pricing and examples.  Cakes can be custom decorated to suit your party theme.
• option of bringing your own cake (we provide plates & cutlery) *MUST BE NUT FREE!!!
• activity and/or loot bags can be added for an additional $5 per child (based on theme of party)
• espresso drinks are available at an additional cost

Harvest table package available anytime on Saturdays and Sundays.

MOMMY GROUPS

Book our Harvest table during the week for your new Mommy and Daddy  get-togethers!  For $10 per adult this includes:

• exclusive use of the Harvest table for an hour
• entrance to play area
• a beverage of your choice
• a fresh baked good or toasted bagel of your choice

**professional speakers available to enhance your get-togethers with a 30 minute seminar for just $5 per person!  Please ask us for a list of our professionals (ranging from doulas, baby massage experts, life coaches etc.)  OR if you have an idea, please let us know and we will try our best to help you out!
